Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After processing, estimated delivery times are:

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2-5 business days
  • Overnight Shipping (U.S.): 1-2 business days
  • Standard International Shipping: 7-20 business days
  • Expedited International Shipping: 5-10 business days

4. What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn and in its original condition. Check our Return Policy for details.

5. How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

6. What if my order is lost or stolen?
ComStar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly or email us at support@comstarbrand.com for assistance.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Provide your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll work to resolve the problem.
